Darin

Darin Rush began his career in law enforcement in 1997 as a uniformed security guard. In 1999, he graduated from the Prince George’s County Municipal Police Academy and subsequently served with various municipal police departments on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and in Prince George’s County. While working as a police officer, he also held a supervisory role with a security firm until 2010.

In 2004, Darin joined the Prince George’s County Police Department, starting in uniformed patrol before advancing to the role of a criminal investigator. For nearly a decade, he specialized in investigating felony robberies, carjackings, and non-fatal shootings. In recognition of his leadership and expertise, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in January 2016. After a distinguished career in law enforcement, Darin retired in January 2021.

Jimmy

James Seger began his law enforcement career in 1995 when he joined the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer. He served honorably for five years before being discharged in 2000. Following his military service, he worked for the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service as a Security Officer. Due to his top-secret clearance, he was assigned to provide armed security at the residence of the Secretary of State.

In 2001, James joined the Prince George’s County Police Department, where he held various assignments throughout his career. He began in uniformed patrol before being selected for a Special Assignments Team, an elite unit focused on targeting major crimes. He later transitioned into a criminal investigative unit, where he served as an investigator for several years before being promoted to unit supervisor.

James also played a pivotal role in advancing investigative technology within the department, founding and supervising a cell phone mapping and forensics unit. His leadership and expertise led to his promotion to the rank of Sergeant in January 2012. After two decades of dedicated service, James retired.

Mike

Mike joined DMV Security Services in 2022 as a Regional Director, spearheading the company’s expansion into the Carolinas and Georgia. His leadership and strategic vision led to his promotion to Chief Executive Officer in 2023, overseeing operations across the entire organization.

Before joining DMV Security Services, Mike built an extensive career in retail management, holding multi-unit leadership roles at major companies such as Walmart, Gap, Inc., and Amazon. He played a key role in launching several new store and warehouse locations throughout the Southeast Region.

A native of Southern Maryland, Mike graduated from Gwynn Park High School in 1993 before earning his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from West Liberty University in 1996. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife, Lisa, and their two children, Tyler and Emma. In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, exploring the North Georgia Mountains, and staying involved in all things sports-related.

Jen

Jen joined DMV Security Services in July 2021, bringing with her over 14 years of legal experience as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Jen earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2002, followed by her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2006. Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Jen relocated to the Washington Metropolitan area after law school to pursue her legal career.

Jen currently resides in Calvert County, Maryland, with her husband and their two children.
